1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how AJ PixelArc Studios handles information in Cargo Circuit for Android, package com.ajpixelarc.cargocircuit, and on this studio website. It covers the game’s local saves, Google advertising and consent services, and messages you choose to send us.
The game has no player account or sign-in. Its core puzzle runs on your device. Advertising and opening external links use an internet connection.
2. Your game data
Cargo Circuit stores your current level and board, completed levels, coins, lives and recharge times, powers, reward and retry records, settings, and which obstacle guides you have seen in the app’s local storage. This lets you resume play and prevents the same reward from being credited twice.
These saves are not sent to a game account or a studio-operated game server. The game does not provide cloud save or account sync. Google’s advertising services process their own data as described below.
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location. It does not ask you to enter a name, email address or payment details to play.
3. Advertising and consent
The Android game uses Google AdMob for ads at some level transitions and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded offers state the benefit before you choose to watch, such as extra coins, a truck power or a retry.
Google documents that its Mobile Ads SDK processes information including:
- An IP address, which can indicate an approximate location.
- App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps and video views.
- Performance and diagnostic information.
- Advertising, app-set and applicable device or account identifiers.
Google uses and shares SDK data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. What is processed can depend on device settings, consent and the type of ad served. Google states that data sent by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cargo Circuit uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to refresh consent information and show a consent message when required. Ad requests are made when Google’s consent interface permits them. Consent preferences and ad-reward records are kept on the device. Choosing non-personalized ads does not mean all advertising-related data processing stops.
4. Your choices
- You can decline an optional rewarded offer. Declining does not grant that offer’s reward.
- When available, use Settings → Privacy & about → Privacy choices in the game to revisit Google’s consent choices.
- You can manage or delete your advertising ID through Android’s advertising privacy settings. Menu names vary by device and Android version.
- You can clear Cargo Circuit’s app storage through Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its local game data. This resets progress, coins and powers; the studio cannot restore a cloud copy.
- You can contact us about your information or exercise privacy rights available where you live.
Removing the game’s local data does not itself delete information already processed by Google. Google’s privacy controls and retention rules apply to information it holds.
5. Retention, support and security
Local game and reward records remain in the app’s storage while the app retains its data. We do not set a separate timed expiry for those records. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes that local data, subject to your device’s storage and transfer behaviour.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use them to respond, investigate the issue and handle privacy requests. We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence, subject to those obligations. Our email provider processes messages to deliver that service.
Game saves use the app’s private storage. Network requests to the game’s configured services use encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Google sets the retention periods for the data it processes; see Google’s data retention information.
Service providers may process information on servers outside your country. Their published privacy terms describe their handling and applicable safeguards.
6. Age audience
Cargo Circuit is intended for players aged 16 and older. This release is not directed to children under 16. The game does not ask for your age or date of birth.

7. This website and external links
This studio website is hosted with Firebase Hosting. We have not added advertising scripts, analytics, tracking cookies, contact forms or browser-storage features to these pages. Google states that Firebase Hosting uses incoming IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis, retaining IP data for a few months. See Firebase’s privacy information.
Links to Google or another website open that provider’s services, whose privacy practices apply there. Email links open your chosen email application.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The updated policy will appear at this address with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
